We\u2019ve streamlined our design, added new views for donors and reporting, and enhanced our donor management tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s what\u2019s been updated:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>A brand new home screen<\/li><li>Enhancements to reporting<\/li><li>Enhancements and new features for donor management<\/li><li>Bug fixes and improvements<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Your brand new home screen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We spend a lot of time talking to nonprofits about what tools they need to be successful and what data they need to prove their success. We\u2019ve removed our donations over time metric from the home screen and moved it to its new home in the \u201cdonations\u201d section.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the home screen, you\u2019ll now see metrics on total donations, average donations per month, active donors, and donors by type. You\u2019ll also be able to set a donor goal for your nonprofit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Improvements to reporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we\u2019ve updated your home screen, we\u2019ve also enhanced your donor and donation reports. You\u2019ll now be able to find reports on all your donations under the new \u201cdonations\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more detailed information on your individual donors, we\u2019ve created the donors section. Here you\u2019ll find information on your donors along with new donor management and filter tools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Donations page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.roundupapp.com\/?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=New-dashboard-blogpost#\/Reports\/Donations\">donations section<\/a> of your dashboard will now give you a cleaner, more flexible view of all of your donations. Now you\u2019ll be able to better track your donations on your nonprofit\u2019s timeline.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve also added features for searching for specific donations. You\u2019ll easily be able to find donations made by an individual\u2019s name or email address!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/admin.roundupapp.com\/?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=New-dashboard-donorspage#\/Donors\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1440\" height=\"810\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/RoundUpApp-NewDashboard-SortandFilter.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4959\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Clicking on each specific donation will give you more information on the donor that made that donation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best of all? All of this information is exportable as a customizable CSV. You\u2019ll only download the information you need, for the time periods you choose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Donors page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>With this update, we\u2019ve improved the <a href=\"https:\/\/admin.roundupapp.com\/?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=New-dashboard-donorspage#\/Donors\">donor management tools<\/a> we currently offer, giving nonprofits more tools to track, filter, and manage the donors they bring into RoundUp App!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"779\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/RoundUpApp-donorscreen.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4956\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/RoundUpApp-donorscreen.png 779w, https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/RoundUpApp-donorscreen-300x154.png 300w, https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/RoundUpApp-donorscreen-768x394.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 779px) 100vw, 779px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/admin.roundupapp.com\/?utm_source=Blog&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=New-dashboard-donorspage#\/Donors\">From the donors page<\/a>, you\u2019ll see a list of all your donors with name, email, phone number, status, signup date, and donor type listed. You\u2019ll be able to search by a donor name, email or phone number, as well as filter by the type of donor they are (RoundUp, monthly, one-time giver) or the status of their donation (Paused, inactive, active).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1576\" height=\"738\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/RoundUpApp-NewDashboard-PauseDonors.gif\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4960\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve also made it possible for nonprofit administrators to pause individual donors without contacting support! Administrators have the ability to pause donors when asked, but currently not to restart donations on behalf of a donor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Billing details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>New to this update, nonprofits will now have the ability to view and download all monthly billing receipts. These are conveniently located in the billing details area of your admin dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.roundupapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/06a-billing-new-np-dash-1024x640.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4957\" width=\"840\" height=\"525\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>By clicking your profile in the top right-hand corner and clicking &#8220;billing details&#8221; you can find your billing details page. This info will include the month of the receipt, your total current donation count, gross donation amounts, and info on processing fees.
